International researchers are often unaware of the standard and practice of RCR, RSI, CoI, DEI, and SWSHE required of researchers receiving US federal funds. This three-credit unit course is designed to introduce the student to contemporary methods and theories in RCR, RSI, CoI, DEI, and SWSHE. The course identifies the critical interplay of educational theory, experience, culture, history, science, social science, philosophy, law, and the community and how they influence and define RCR, RSI, CoI, DEI, and SWSHE. This course will provide trainees with in-depth knowledge of core RCR, RSI, and CoI topics.
