We just wrapped up the final weekend retreat for the SURER Diploma Program’s third cohort (held May 15-17, 2026), and what an incredible conclusion it was!
The weekend was packed with thought-provoking discussions on various aspects of research ethics and their impact on the integrity of research practices in both local and international collaborations.
A massive thank you to our erudite facilitator, Prof. Temidayo Ogundiran, for delivering such engaging sessions, and to the dedicated staff of the Center for Bioethics and Research for the flawless organization.
We also extend our profound gratitude to the US National Institutes of Health (NIH) for the project grant funding, which has made this transformative journey possible for all our trainees. Together, we are scaling up research ethics and integrity!
